4MEDIA d.o.o. operates in accordance with the Law in collecting your Personal Data  (ZVOP-1, Ur. l. RS, št. 94/2007) and of basic policies under EU data protection (EU) 2016/679.

Privacy Policy is in effect every time the customer visits our web store and make the purchase. Customers agrees to all of the provisions listed in our Privacy Policy every time the purchase is made in our web store.  We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy. All policy updates with the revision date will be posted here.

COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES

1. We collect the following Personal Information

• and any other information user writes when filling out the registration. 4MEDIA d.o.o. is not responsible for the accuracy of the information you listed at the time of registration.

On our www.vitache.com on line store/website we use »cookies« and this way collect all the customer Personal Data listed above. When you log in to our store, the indentification (“cookie”) will be stamped in your browser so we can gather the information about your shopping habits for the time you spend browsing our website. Your information will be deleted one hour after you exit (log out) the site. On your personal computer we can use code protected (digitally scrambled) cookie that stays there indefinitely, but it is there only for the purpose of identifying your customer ID so we can give you more effective service when you return to our store. 4MEDIA d.o.o. uses information anonymously for analytic purposes only. For shopping security purposes 4MEDIA d.o.o also collects IP addresses of users logged in our www.vitache.com store.

WHY WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA

We collect Personal Data when needed, to fulfill our legal obligations to the laws of our country, or, when we have to fulfill our obligation in regards to the contract we signed with our customer. We also collect Personal Data in cases when customer gives us their consent for collection of their Personal Data which they can cancel anytime if they so desire.

HOW PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED

All collected Personal Data we process for different purposes:

• for mailing (invoicing) and when processing receipts when orders sold in our web store are delivered and/or received by our customers.
• for mailing e-newsletters (in cases when customer agrees to receive our newsletters)
• to build customer database
• for delivery of sold goods or services
• for mailing of 4MEDIA d.o.o.. news and best offers
• for marketing research, analytics and to be able to offer better goods and services in our web store. 

PERSONAL DATA SECURITY

We keep and store your information as long as you are registered user of our web store www.vitache.com, as long as you don’t cancel. We keep all the invoices for 10 years.
Information collected based on the contract with our customers we keep 5 years after the contract is signed.
When the time is up, we can delete Personal Data of our customers or we make it anonymous so they loose a Personal Data character. 

DISCLOSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You decide if or when you disclose your Personal Data to us.

PERSONAL DATA ACCES

Only the people who work with 4MEDIA d.o.o., have access to customer Personal Data database. They have the authority to process your data, except in the case when customer places the order in our web store  www.vitache.com . In this case the order is shipped out to the customer and the only information that will be processed as a part of the order is Order number, Customer Name and Last name, Phone number and Address for delivery.

PERSONAL DATA & CUSTOMERS RIGHTS

4MEDIA d.o.o. if you so desire will at any time disclose to the customer the information about how the Customer Data is used, and let you know the kind of data is processed and why, who uses the data, how long the information will be kept and stored. You can also find out if the process is automated and why and the purpose why automated process is used.
If there are some mistakes in your personal information we collected please let us know, so we can fix the mistake. You can also ask us to limit which Personal Data we are allowed to process like:

• when you have issues with data mistakes and information we have, for the time needed to verify the accuracy of the data.
• If process is unlawful and you don’t require us to delete, but only to limit the data we process.
• When customer data is not in use anymore, but it is you who need the data for your legal matters.In case all terms stated in (part 17) Basic regulation in personal data security are valid, you can require us to delete your data completely. (Right to be forgotten) and in any other case where you gave us consent allowing us to use your data, but later that same consent was revoked.

You can demand printout of all your Personal Data delivered to you in a structured and readable format and use this information however you like.
You have the right to file a complaint against 4MEDIA d.o.o. with our customer service department if you think that 4MEDIA d.o.o. or any other person is doing something illegal  with your data, based on the existing law.

DEFENDING YOUR RIGHTS 

All your complaints can be sent to anyone listed under paragraph Privacy Policy And Personal Data of this document.
4MEDIA d.o.o. can require you to disclose your document for identity verification purposes. In case you can’t prove your identity, we can refuse your claim.
We must respond to any claim you make based on the paragraph Personal Data  & Customers Rights, as soon as we had a chance to get acquainted with the content of the claim and gather proper information no later than 15 days after receiving your claim.

POSSIBLE CONNECTIONS WITH OTHER WEBSITES

Our online store www.vitache.com  will have links to other websites and other (franchise like) online stores, 4MEDIA d.o.o. isn’t operating. These other operators could be set as additional service providers on our online store www.vitache.com, so 4MEDIA d.o.o. in not excepting any responsibility for their browsing security or Privacy Policy. We encourage you in case you cross over to one of these stores to browse or buy goods they offer, to check their Personal Data security and Privacy Policy listed on these websites.

LIMITED LIABILITY

4MEDIA d.o.o. is not responsible for damages, if the customer made a mistake or entered wrong or incomplete information at the time of web store or e-newsletter registration, or when using our store to buy goods or services we offer.
